Here is the latest factory firmware from Ramos home site. This is for the W10 V2.0 4GB 256mb version, don’t use this if you have the 8GB 512mb tablet. There is a different section for that.

Update instructions:

1、Download and unzip package

2、Copy aml_autoscript，factory_update_param.aml，u-boot-aml.bin,uImage，uImage_recovery，update.zip to sdcard

3、turn off tablet

4，insert sdcard, holding on to M key, plug in power supply(do not let go of M key)

5，Let go of M key when boot screen starts

6，wait for about 15 sec of black screen and auto update screen should start

7，system will reboot after update, remove sdcard and wipe data before use
